Booking Policy
- Hotel cancellation policy is at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- Any confirmed group bookings already in process but is cancelled inside 30 days, will incur 50% cancellation charges.
- Final rooming list must be notified 30 working days before group(s) arrival.
- Any room(s) cancelled within 14 days of arrival will incur 100% of total room cost.
- Full payment in required 14 days prior to group
- Tours/admission/meals – Any cancellation must be notified 72 hours prior, no refund in part or in full will be given for any unutilized services.
- Deposit of AUD 200.00 per person is required upon receipt of your booking advice. This deposit will be deducted from the tour final invoice.

All rate quoted base in AUD subject to change and subject to room availability.
All rates valid till 31 March 2015.
Any peak season such as Christmas or New Year or Good Friday & Easter Holiday, will be subject to additional surcharge.
